Email opt-in

Last updated: June 1, 2026

This page explains, in plain language, what you are agreeing to when you give DunDial your email address — for example, by joining the waitlist or creating an account. It is a companion to the privacy policy, which governs how we handle your data.

What you're opting in to

When you submit your email to DunDial, you're agreeing to receive emails related to the product. Depending on how you signed up, that can include:

  • Waitlist and product updates — a notice when new features ship or when a slot opens up, if you joined the waitlist.
  • Account and service emails — messages about your DunDial account, including the 90-day re-consent reminders described in the terms of service.

We don't sell your email address, and we don't share it for third-party marketing.

Why we send these emails

Product and waitlist emails keep you informed about DunDial. Account and service emails are part of operating the product on your behalf — for example, warning you before a Stripe authorization lapses so retry scheduling isn't paused unexpectedly.

How your email is handled

Your contact email is handled under the DunDial privacy policy. Note that customer email addresses received via Stripe webhooks — used to deliver dunning emails on your behalf — are handled separately and are deleted when each dunning sequence concludes, as described in that policy.

Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw consent at any time. Use the unsubscribe link in any email we send you, or email [email protected] and ask to be removed. See the opt-out page for details. Withdrawing consent for product and marketing emails does not stop essential account and service emails while you have an active DunDial account.
