Email opt-out

You can stop receiving emails from DunDial at any time. This page explains how. It is a companion to the privacy policy and the opt-in page.

How to unsubscribe

There are two ways to opt out:

  • Use the unsubscribe link in any product or marketing email we've sent you. This removes you from those emails.
  • Email us at [email protected] and ask to be removed. Send your request from the address you want unsubscribed so we can match it.

What opting out covers

Opting out stops product and marketing emails — for example, waitlist and feature-update notices. While you have an active DunDial account, essential account and service emails continue, because they're part of operating the product on your behalf. These include the 90-day re-consent reminders described in the terms of service — without them, your Stripe authorization could lapse and retry scheduling would pause.

Closing your account and deleting data

To stop all DunDial emails and remove your data, close your account. As described in the privacy policy and terms of service: when you cancel your DunDial subscription, all account data is deleted within 30 days of account closure, and when you disconnect a Stripe account, all data for that account is deleted within 30 days.

Customer email addresses that DunDial receives via Stripe webhooks — used to send dunning emails on your behalf — are deleted automatically when each dunning sequence concludes.
